Q: The price for the dresses is listed very low on your website, why is it significantly lower than the market price?

We manage our business with lower overhead cost than a retail store or a wholesaler. Our clients can order dresses from our factory directly.
Therefore, We don’t need to employ many different departments, and don’t require many expenses for advertising, renting a store, or personnel costs for alteration etc. Since we do not have to accommodate for these costs, we can pass the savings onto our customers.

Q: Does the price shown on your website include delivery?

The price on our website is retail price for the dresses, not including the shipping cost. The delivery fee is AUD 35 for each package via TNT, DHL or EMS.

Q: Can I custom the dress as a zipper back or lace-up back?

Yes, Please write your special requirements at " instruction form" when placing an order.

Q: Where can I try on your dresses, or take measurement?

The reason that our prices are so low is because that we do not have the overhead of a bridal shop. Our products are sold mainly through online, that is the reason why we have great prices. These are the same dresses that you would find in local bridal shops.

Q: If I buy two or more dresses at the same time, do I need to pay postage for twice or more?

If you order two or more dresses including some accessories from our website, we can send them together to the same address.  You just need to pay for the postage once.


Q: How long does it take to deliver orders?

Normally it takes 20-25 days to make standard size or customized orders.
Delivery time: 3-6 days

Q: Can I choose rush order service?

For some gowns without many appliqués & beading, we can finish it earlier.
If you like to make a rush order, please check with us in advance.

Q: How to order?

Firstly, please sign in and choose your desired dress;
Secondly, you make out the color and the size, then, click “Add To Cart”, so the dress has been selected. If you want to buy other items, you could click “Continue to Shopping”. Otherwise, you could choose “checkout”;
Thirdly, you need make out the information as directions; just please notice the “Shipping/Delivery” for the postage.
Last step; click the button “check out using PayPal”.

Q: Is my purchase secure over the Internet?

Your purchase could not be more secure with us. All your confidential information is transmitted with 128 bit encryption directly through PayPal to your credit card company. No one ever sees your credit card information. Our employees receive your name, items on your order and shipping address ONLY.

Q: How do I pay? I don't have a PayPal account, can I use my credit card online?

You can pay by a PayPal account, and you also can use credit card/debit card online.
You are only using the service PayPal provides to process your credit card, you do not have to sign up with PayPal. We actually do not recommend signing up for PayPal if you haven't already done so. You are still covered with their insurance, and it will take 3-5 days to verify your information. You might want to consider creating a PayPal account in the future if you do a lot of internet shopping.

Q: I am having trouble with my shopping cart, what do I do?

If you are having problems using the shopping cart, please contact us by email or "submit a question" at each webpage.

Q: Can I have a gown made to my measurement?

Of course, we can make dresses for you according to your measurements. We can make the dress in your size without extra fee.

Q: How should I clean my beautiful wedding dress?

Please get your dress cleaned after each time you wear it. If it is not cleaned in a reasonable amount of time after wearing, and a yellowing of the fabric may result from prolonged storage. Please take your bridal gown to a professional cleaner that specializes in bridal dresses. Your normal cleaner may damage the precious dress by using the wrong chemicals.

Q: How will I know my dress is on its way?

If you give us a valid email address, you will receive an email with a tracking number when your dress is shipped. You can also check the status of your order anytime.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours(no more than 48 hours) are subject to a handling fee equaling 25% of the item price. orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 80% of the item price.We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Q: How to dry clean a wedding gown?

We don't recommend to clean wedding gowns by yourself, every gown should be cleaned by professional dry cleaners. Please check the fabric name before taking to dry cleaning shop. 

Q: Do You Ship Internationally (Canada, Europe, Middle-East, Japan ...)?

Yes, we ship worldwide. The Buyer is responsible for ALL customs and duties (if applies). Below are examples of our shipping charges:

Q: Do you send Catalogs?

We do not have catalogues. Our prices are so competitive that it would increase our prices significantly if we printed catalogues. We found out most of brides were interested in one or two styles. Most of our styles are available in your local bridal shops for 3-5 times of our price.
